Dibrugarh District, Assam

Dibrugarh District is an administrative district in the state of Assam, India. It is situated about 430 km from Dispur, the state capital of Assam. The district headquarters is located at Dibrugarh. Assamese and Bengali are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,381 km², including 3,335.52 km² of rural area and 45.48 km² of urban area.
