Munger

Munger is a district in the Bihar State of India. Total area of Munger is 1,419 km² including 1,377.54 km² rural area and 41.46 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Munger has a population of 13,67,765 peoples, out of which urban population is 3,80,120 while rural population is 9,87,645. Munger has a sex ratio of approximately 876 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 964 inhabitants per square kilometre.
