Amreli

Amreli is a district in the Gujarat State of India. Total area of Amreli is 7,397 km² including 7,084.20 km² rural area and 312.80 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Amreli has a population of 15,14,190 peoples, out of which urban population is 3,86,635 while rural population is 11,27,555. Amreli has a sex ratio of approximately 963 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 204.7 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 2,94,837 houses in the district, including 75,796 urban houses and 2,19,041 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 614 villages in amreli district.
