Jamnagar is a district in the Gujarat State of India. Total area of Jamnagar is 14,184 km² including 13,744.35 km² rural area and 439.65 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Jamnagar has a population of 21,60,119 peoples, out of which urban population is 9,71,065 while rural population is 11,89,054. Jamnagar has a sex ratio of approximately 938 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 152.3 inhabitants per square kilometre.
