Porbandar

Porbandar is a district in the Gujarat State of India. Total area of Porbandar is 2,316 km² including 2,137.67 km² rural area and 178.33 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Porbandar has a population of 5,85,449 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,85,674 while rural population is 2,99,775. Porbandar has a sex ratio of approximately 950 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 252.8 inhabitants per square kilometre.
