Vadodara

Vadodara is a district in the Gujarat State of India. Total area of Vadodara is 7,546 km² including 7,121.38 km² rural area and 424.62 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Vadodara has a population of 41,65,626 peoples, out of which urban population is 20,65,771 while rural population is 20,99,855. Vadodara has a sex ratio of approximately 934 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 552 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 8,77,106 houses in the district, including 4,59,506 urban houses and 4,17,600 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,533 villages in vadodara district.
