Koderma District, Jharkhand

Koderma is an administrative district in Jharkhand, India. The district is located about 120 km from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Its administrative headquarters is in Koderma. Hindi and Kurukh are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 2,540 km², including 2,462.67 km² of rural area and 77.33 km² of urban area.
