Saraikela Kharsawan District, Jharkhand
Saraikela Kharsawan is an administrative district in Jharkhand, India. The district is located about 100 km from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Its administrative headquarters is in Seraikela. Hindi, Odia, Santhali and Ho are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 2,657 km², including 2,587.75 km² of rural area and 69.25 km² of urban area.
