Kollam
Kollam is a district in the Kerala State of India. Total area of Kollam is 2,483 km² including 2,066.75 km² rural area and 416.25 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Kollam has a population of 26,35,375 peoples, out of which urban population is 11,87,158 while rural population is 14,48,217. Kollam has a sex ratio of approximately 1113 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 1061 inhabitants per square kilometre.
