Pathanamthitta is a district in the Kerala State of India. Total area of Pathanamthitta is 2,652 km² including 2,570.79 km² rural area and 81.21 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Pathanamthitta has a population of 11,97,412 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,31,613 while rural population is 10,65,799.
