Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh

Chhatarpur District is an administrative district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is situated about 310 km from Bhopal, the state capital of Madhya Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Chhatarpur. Hindi and Bundeli are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 8,687 km², including 8,315.36 km² of rural area and 371.64 km² of urban area.
