Dindori

Dindori is a district in the Madhya Pradesh State of India. Total area of Dindori is 7,470 km² including 7,448.94 km² rural area and 21.06 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Dindori has a population of 7,04,524 peoples, out of which urban population is 32,318 while rural population is 6,72,206. Dindori has a sex ratio of approximately 1001 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 94.31 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 1,69,630 houses in the district, including 7,410 urban houses and 1,62,220 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 901 villages in dindori district.
