Guna

Guna is a district in the Madhya Pradesh State of India. Total area of Guna is 6,390 km² including 6,233.50 km² rural area and 156.50 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Guna has a population of 12,41,519 peoples, out of which urban population is 3,12,675 while rural population is 9,28,844. Guna has a sex ratio of approximately 911 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 194.3 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 2,44,401 houses in the district, including 59,360 urban houses and 1,85,041 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,264 villages in guna district.
