Harda

Harda is a district in the Madhya Pradesh State of India. Total area of Harda is 3,334 km² including 3,305.98 km² rural area and 28.02 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Harda has a population of 5,70,465 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,19,364 while rural population is 4,51,101. Harda has a sex ratio of approximately 934 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 171.1 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 1,13,379 houses in the district, including 23,636 urban houses and 89,743 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 511 villages in harda district.

The Harda district is further divided in to Tehsils / Blocks / PS / Community Development Blocks (C.D.Blocks) for administrative purposes.
