Morena

Morena is a district in the Madhya Pradesh State of India. Total area of Morena is 4,989 km² including 4,920.25 km² rural area and 68.75 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Morena has a population of 19,65,970 peoples, out of which urban population is 4,70,462 while rural population is 14,95,508. Morena has a sex ratio of approximately 840 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 394.1 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,62,646 houses in the district, including 78,105 urban houses and 2,84,541 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 775 villages in morena district.
