Zunheboto

Zunheboto is a district in the Nagaland State of India. Total area of Zunheboto is 1,255 km² including 1,239.00 km² rural area and 16.00 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Zunheboto has a population of 1,40,757 peoples, out of which urban population is 27,597 while rural population is 1,13,160. Zunheboto has a sex ratio of approximately 976 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 112.2 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 27,835 houses in the district, including 4,821 urban houses and 23,014 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 191 villages in zunheboto district.

The Zunheboto district is further divided in to Circles / Blocks / PS / Community Development Blocks (C.D.Blocks) for administrative purposes.
