Bhadrak

Bhadrak is a district in the Odisha State of India. Total area of Bhadrak is 2,505 km² including 2,388.57 km² rural area and 116.43 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Bhadrak has a population of 15,06,337 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,85,838 while rural population is 13,20,499. Bhadrak has a sex ratio of approximately 981 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 601.3 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,06,333 houses in the district, including 35,542 urban houses and 2,70,791 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,250 villages in bhadrak district.
