Nayagarh

Nayagarh is a district in the Odisha State of India. Total area of Nayagarh is 3,890 km² including 3,835.36 km² rural area and 54.64 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Nayagarh has a population of 9,62,789 peoples, out of which urban population is 79,738 while rural population is 8,83,051. Nayagarh has a sex ratio of approximately 915 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 247.5 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 2,28,315 houses in the district, including 17,465 urban houses and 2,10,850 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,541 villages in nayagarh district.
