Kancheepuram
Kancheepuram is a district in the Tamil Nadu State of India. Total area of Kancheepuram is 4,483 km² including 3,818.41 km² rural area and 664.59 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Kancheepuram has a population of 39,98,252 peoples, out of which urban population is 25,38,336 while rural population is 14,59,916. Kancheepuram has a sex ratio of approximately 986 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 892 inhabitants per square kilometre.
