Pudukkottai

Pudukkottai is a district in the Tamil Nadu State of India. Total area of Pudukkottai is 4,644 km² including 4,475.07 km² rural area and 168.93 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Pudukkottai has a population of 16,18,345 peoples, out of which urban population is 3,16,354 while rural population is 13,01,991. Pudukkottai has a sex ratio of approximately 1014 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 348 inhabitants per square kilometre.
