Sivaganga is a district in the Tamil Nadu State of India. Total area of Sivaganga is 4,233 km² including 4,056.34 km² rural area and 176.66 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Sivaganga has a population of 13,39,101 peoples, out of which urban population is 4,12,845 while rural population is 9,26,256. Sivaganga has a sex ratio of approximately 1002 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 316 inhabitants per square kilometre.
