Nicobars District, Andaman And Nicobar Islands

Nicobars is an administrative district in Andaman And Nicobar Islands, India. The district is located about 250 km from Port Blair, the capital of the Union Territory. Its administrative headquarters is in Car Nicobar. Nicobarese, Hindi and Shompen are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 1,841 km².
