North And Middle Andaman District is an administrative district in the union territory of Andaman And Nicobar Islands, India. It is situated about 240 km from Port Blair, the capital of the Union Territory. The district headquarters is located at Mayabunder. Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu are among the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,736 km², including 3,730.05 km² of rural area and 5.95 km² of urban area.
