South Andamans District, Andaman And Nicobar Islands

South Andamans District is an administrative district in the union territory of Andaman And Nicobar Islands, India. The district headquarters is located at Port Blair. Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Nicobarese are among the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,672 km², including 2,640.03 km² of rural area and 31.97 km² of urban area.
