Dibang Valley District is an administrative district in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. It is situated about 420 km from Itanagar, the state capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Roing. Idu Mishmi is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 9,129 km².
