Papum Pare District is an administrative district in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. It is situated about 20 km from Itanagar, the state capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Yupia. Nyishi and Galo are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,462 km².
