Sribhumi District, Assam

Sribhumi District is an administrative district in the state of Assam, India. It is situated about 350 km from Dispur, the state capital of Assam. Bengali, Assamese and Bishnupriya Manipuri are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,809 km², including 1,789.73 km² of rural area and 19.27 km² of urban area.
