Janjgir-Champa District, Chhattisgarh
Janjgir-Champa District is an administrative district in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is situated about 140 km from Raipur, the state capital of Chhattisgarh. The district headquarters is located at Janjgir. Hindi and Chhattisgarhi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,853 km², including 3,647.63 km² of rural area and 205.37 km² of urban area.
