Palwal is a district in the Haryana State of India. Total area of Palwal is 1,359 km² including 1,311.90 km² rural area and 47.10 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Palwal has a population of 10,42,708 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,36,544 while rural population is 8,06,164. The district has a population density of 767 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 1,71,157 houses in the district, including 41,461 urban houses and 1,29,696 rural houses.
