Rewari

Rewari is a district in the Haryana State of India. Total area of Rewari is 1,594 km² including 1,529.11 km² rural area and 64.89 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Rewari has a population of 9,00,332 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,33,430 while rural population is 6,66,902. Rewari has a sex ratio of approximately 898 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 565 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 1,78,043 houses in the district, including 47,744 urban houses and 1,30,299 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 389 villages in rewari district.
