Yamunanagar is a district in the Haryana State of India. Total area of Yamunanagar is 1,768 km² including 1,676.64 km² rural area and 91.36 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Yamunanagar has a population of 12,14,205 peoples, out of which urban population is 4,72,829 while rural population is 7,41,376. Yamunanagar has a sex ratio of approximately 877 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 687 inhabitants per square kilometre.
