Kishtwar District, Jammu And Kashmir

Kishtwar is an administrative district in Jammu And Kashmir, India. The district is located about 225 km from Srinagar, the capital of the Union Territory. Its administrative headquarters is in Kishtwar. Kashmiri, Dogri and Sippi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 1,644 km², including 1,643.37 km² of rural area and 0.63 km² of urban area.
