Reasi

Reasi is a district in the Jammu & Kashmir State of India. Total area of Reasi is 1,719 km² including 1,679.99 km² rural area and 39.01 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Reasi has a population of 3,14,667 peoples, out of which urban population is 26,996 while rural population is 2,87,671. Reasi has a sex ratio of approximately 890 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 183 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 56,689 houses in the district, including 5,030 urban houses and 51,659 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 253 villages in reasi district.
