Bagalkot is a district in the Karnataka State of India. Total area of Bagalkot is 6,552 km² including 6,369.08 km² rural area and 182.92 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Bagalkot has a population of 18,89,752 peoples, out of which urban population is 5,97,846 while rural population is 12,91,906.
