Nandurbar

Nandurbar is a district in the Maharashtra State of India. Total area of Nandurbar is 5,955 km² including 5,894.95 km² rural area and 60.05 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Nandurbar has a population of 16,48,295 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,75,474 while rural population is 13,72,821. Nandurbar has a sex ratio of approximately 978 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 276.8 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,23,521 houses in the district, including 50,738 urban houses and 2,72,783 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 930 villages in nandurbar district.
