Parbhani

Parbhani is a district in the Maharashtra State of India. Total area of Parbhani is 6,214 km² including 6,101.11 km² rural area and 112.89 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Parbhani has a population of 18,36,086 peoples, out of which urban population is 5,69,806 while rural population is 12,66,280. Parbhani has a sex ratio of approximately 947 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 295.5 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,61,130 houses in the district, including 1,04,731 urban houses and 2,56,399 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 830 villages in parbhani district.
