Khordha

Khordha is a district in the Odisha State of India. The total area of Khordha district is 2,813 km², which includes 2,530.41 km² of rural area and 282.59 km² of urban area. There are about 1,356 villages in Khordha district.

For administrative convenience, Khordha district is divided into Tehsils, Blocks, PS, and Community Development Blocks (C.D. Blocks). In many states, Blocks or C.D. Blocks are treated the same as tehsils, though they may have slightly different roles depending on the region.
