Chittaurgarh

Chittaurgarh is a district in the Rajasthan State of India. Total area of Chittaurgarh is 7,822 km² including 7,672.14 km² rural area and 149.86 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Chittaurgarh has a population of 15,44,338 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,85,264 while rural population is 12,59,074. Chittaurgarh has a sex ratio of approximately 971 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 197 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,29,119 houses in the district, including 59,787 urban houses and 2,69,332 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,581 villages in chittaurgarh district.
