Rangareddy

Rangareddy is a district in the Telangana State of India. Total area of Rangareddy is 7,493 km² including 6,458.73 km² rural area and 1,034.27 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Rangareddy has a population of 52,96,741 peoples, out of which urban population is 37,19,172 while rural population is 15,77,569. Rangareddy has a sex ratio of approximately 961 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 706.9 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 12,35,341 houses in the district, including 8,86,201 urban houses and 3,49,140 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 817 villages in rangareddy district.
