North Tripura

North Tripura is a district in the Tripura State of India. The total area of North Tripura district is 2,036 km², which includes 1,972.28 km² of rural area and 63.72 km² of urban area. There are about 166 villages in North Tripura district.

For administrative convenience, North Tripura district is divided into Tehsils, Blocks, PS, and Community Development Blocks (C.D. Blocks). In many states, Blocks or C.D. Blocks are treated the same as tehsils, though they may have slightly different roles depending on the region.
