Bareilly

Bareilly is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India. Total area of Bareilly is 4,120 km² including 3,841.93 km² rural area and 278.07 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Bareilly has a population of 44,48,359 peoples, out of which urban population is 15,68,409 while rural population is 28,79,950. Bareilly has a sex ratio of approximately 886 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 1080 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 7,56,784 houses in the district, including 2,75,745 urban houses and 4,81,039 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,855 villages in bareilly district.
