Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India. Total area of Bulandshahr is 4,512 km² including 4,338.49 km² rural area and 173.51 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Bulandshahr has a population of 34,99,171 peoples, out of which urban population is 8,67,429 while rural population is 26,31,742. Bulandshahr has a sex ratio of approximately 896 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 776 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 5,87,529 houses in the district, including 1,46,861 urban houses and 4,40,668 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,174 villages in bulandshahr district.
