Kheri

Kheri is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India. Total area of Kheri is 7,680 km² including 7,592.03 km² rural area and 87.97 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Kheri has a population of 40,21,243 peoples, out of which urban population is 4,61,035 while rural population is 35,60,208. Kheri has a sex ratio of approximately 893 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 524 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 7,45,077 houses in the district, including 83,832 urban houses and 6,61,245 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,706 villages in kheri district.
