Shrawasti

Shrawasti is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India. Total area of Shrawasti is 1,640 km² including 1,633.78 km² rural area and 6.22 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Shrawasti has a population of 11,17,361 peoples, out of which urban population is 38,649 while rural population is 10,78,712. Shrawasti has a sex ratio of approximately 881 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 681 inhabitants per square kilometre.
