Siddharthnagar is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India. Total area of Siddharthnagar is 2,895 km² including 2,837.88 km² rural area and 57.12 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Siddharthnagar has a population of 25,59,297 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,60,691 while rural population is 23,98,606. Siddharthnagar has a sex ratio of approximately 976 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 884 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,79,351 houses in the district, including 23,890 urban houses and 3,55,461 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 2,336 villages in siddharthnagar district.
