Begusarai District, Bihar
Begusarai District is an administrative district in the state of Bihar, India. It is situated about 110 km from Patna, the state capital of Bihar. The district headquarters is located at Begusarai. Hindi and Maithili are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,918 km², including 1,776.28 km² of rural area and 141.72 km² of urban area.
