Begusarai District, Bihar
Begusarai is an administrative district in Bihar, India. The district is located about 110 km from Patna, the capital of Bihar. Its administrative headquarters is in Begusarai. Hindi and Maithili are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 1,918 km², including 1,776.28 km² of rural area and 141.72 km² of urban area.
