Jhajjar District, Haryana

Jhajjar District is an administrative district in the state of Haryana, India. It is situated about 240 km from Chandigarh, the state capital of Haryana. The district headquarters is located at Jhajjar. Hindi and Haryanvi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,834 km², including 1,752.88 km² of rural area and 81.12 km² of urban area.
