Koderma District, Jharkhand

Koderma District is an administrative district in the state of Jharkhand, India. It is situated about 120 km from Ranchi, the state capital of Jharkhand. The district headquarters is located at Koderma. Hindi and Kurukh are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,540 km², including 2,462.67 km² of rural area and 77.33 km² of urban area.
