Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh

Chhatarpur is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 310 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Chhatarpur. Hindi and Bundeli are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 8,687 km², including 8,315.36 km² of rural area and 371.64 km² of urban area.
