Gwalior District, Madhya Pradesh

Gwalior District is an administrative district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is situated about 415 km from Bhopal, the state capital of Madhya Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Gwalior. Hindi and Bundeli are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 4,560 km², including 4,257.13 km² of rural area and 302.87 km² of urban area.
